Shipping & Returns

 

 SHIPPING

We offer $10 flat-rate regular parcel post and $15 express post shipping within Australia.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post within 24 hours of placing your order (during business hours Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Victorian public holidays will be shipped on the following business day).

Domestic deliveries will usually take between 3-10 business days to arrive and are fully trackable.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

A flat rate of $20 for International delivery will be applied at checkout.

We use Australia Post Standard International delivery with tracking.

International deliveries will usually take between 5-10 business days to arrive and are fully trackable.

 

 *Please note that both Domestic and International packages cannot be delivered to post office boxes.  We recommend that you provide a secure address for delivery, such as your place of employment, to reduce the risk of stolen parcels. Jiggerjagger cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

 

RETURNS  

We are happy to provide refunds on FULL-PRICED items. To be eligible for a return, garments must be:

  • returned within 14 days of being received;
  • unworn, unwashed and unused; and
  • in original condition with all labels and tags attached.

Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty when received.

Please email us at info@jiggerjagger.com to arrange an exchange or return.

Please take care to package garments carefully, as Jiggerjagger is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we have received your returned item and assessed it, we will email you to notify you that we have received your item and whether it is eligible for return.  If your item is eligible for refund, we will refund to the account you used to purchase the item. This may take up to 3-5 days to appear in your account.

 

EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer customer exchanges on full priced items, however, please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If we do not have an exchange item you will receive a credit-note to the same value.

To be eligible for an exchange, garments must be:

  • returned within 14 days of being received;
  • unworn, unwashed and unused; and
  • in original condition with all labels and tags attached.

Once we have received your returned item and assessed it, we will email you to notify you that we have received your item and whether it is eligible for exchange. If your item is eligible, we will confirm your preferred exchange is available and post within 24 hours (Please note, International orders are subject to a flat rate $20 shipping fee for all exchanges).
