Shipping & Returns

 PRE-ORDER

Pre-orders are paid for at the time of order and shipped as close to the date provided as possible.

All pre-orders receive FREE shipping within Australia.

Please keep in mind the provided shipping date is an estimate and will depend on production and freight timings. We will contact you and let you know if the shipping date has been delayed. 

If you change your mind about a pre-order please notify us at info@jiggerjagger.com for a full refund (provided it hasn't already shipped).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders within Australia.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post within 24 hours of placing your order (during business hours Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Victorian public holidays will be shipped on the following business day).

Domestic deliveries will usually take between 3-10 business days to arrive and are fully trackable.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

A flat rate of $20 for International delivery will be applied at checkout.

We use Australia Post Standard International delivery with tracking.

Your package will be shipped within 24 hours of placing your order (during business hours Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Victorian public holidays will be shipped on the following business day).

International deliveries will usually take between 5-10 business days to arrive and are fully trackable.

 

 

 *Please note that both Domestic and International packages cannot be delivered to post office boxes.  We recommend that you provide a secure address for delivery, such as your place of employment, to reduce the risk of stolen parcels. Jiggerjagger cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

 

RETURNS  

To be eligible for a return, garments must be:

  • returned within 14 days of being received;
  • unworn, unwashed and unused; and
  • in original condition with all labels and tags attached.

Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty when received.

You will need to fill out the Returns & Exchanges form included in you package and post your item to the return address supplied with your order.

Please ensure items are sent via registered post and take care to package garments carefully, as Jiggerjagger is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we have received your returned item and assessed it, we will email you to notify you that we have received your item and whether it is eligible for return.  If your item is eligible for refund, we will refund to the account you used to purchase the item. This may take up to 3-5 days to appear in your account.

 

EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer customer exchanges on full priced items, however, please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If your item is not available you will receive a refund.

To be eligible for an exchange, garments must be:

  • returned within 14 days of being received;
  • unworn, unwashed and unused; and
  • in original condition with all labels and tags attached.

Please fill out the Returns & Exchanges form included in your package and post your item to the return address supplied with your order.

Once we have received your returned item and assessed it, we will email you to notify you that we have received your item and whether it is eligible for exchange. If your item is eligible, we will confirm your preferred exchange is available and post within 24 hours (Please note, International orders are subject to a flat rate $20 shipping fee for all exchanges).
